Each Memorial Day is a bold reminder of the selfless sacrifice that countless men and women make for the freedom of citizens of the United States of America. It is not a holiday that we celebrate, but one that we look upon with solemness as we remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice of their life. We don't take this sacrifice lightly. So today, we honor those, past and present, who paid the ultimate sacrifice in the name of freedom, justice, and liberty for all.
Today, pause and give thanks and homage for the sacrifices made that we may be free. In doing so, let us not forget the ultimate sacrifice. Christ died once for all to be freed from the bondages of sin and spiritual oppression. Not only do we appreciate that acts of soldiers, but we also cannot repay Christ for what He has done so that all might be free. Remember the fallen.
